The Sultanate of Oman is situated on the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula bordering the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Oman could well be called a microcosm of almost every geographical and topographical feature found around the world starting with stark, rugged mountains in the north of the country, sweeps its way through vistas of golden sands, wadis and fertile oasis. Approximately 1700 kilometres of coastline provides Oman with some of the most beautiful beaches to be found anywhere in the world.

DAY 01 Arrive Muscat

You will arrive at Muscat International Airport. You will proceed to the Travelex counter to pay and collect the receipt for visa on arrival. From here proceed straight for Immigration after clearing this guests will proceed towards the baggage collection area, where you will collect your luggage and then proceed through customs. Guests then enter the arrival area to be welcomed by our Representative/Tour Guide.

You will be escorted to the waiting vehicle which you will embark upon and depart for Al Maha International Hotel in Ghubra.

It would take approximately 20-30 minutes to reach your hotel. This beautiful hotel is your home for two. Arrive and check in at the hotel . Enjoy the hotel facilities and acclimatize to the climate.


Evening at a prefix time you will meet your tour guide and proceed on “Muscat by Night Tour”, visiting the Grand Mosque, from here you will drive through the city to the old town to see the Palace how , cornice and the beautiful forts on the muttrah mountain and the glittering Sultan Qaboos port, you could make a stop on the cornice for taking some breathtaking pictures. Later you could drive back to the hotel for dinner or to a local restaurant for dinner ( on direct payment).

After dinner if it is outside the hotel you will return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.


After breakfast proceed for Nizwa known as the OASIS CITY OF NIZWA, which was once the capital of “JULANDA DYNASTY” in the 6th & 7th Century AD. Today it remains as the most popular tourist attractions with its historical buildings & imposing fort. Visit the NIZWA FORT with its enormous round tower built in the 17th century built by “IMAM SULTAN BIN SAIF AL YA'ARUBA” to defend the route to the interior. The fort dominates the entire area, with the town having grown around the edifice. Access tothe top is only by means of a narrow, twisting staircase barred by heavy wooden doors, studded with metal. From the top of the tower one can get a bird's eye view of the Nizwa city. From here there is only a short walk to the NIZWA SOUQ which is renowned for its intricately hand-carved "KHANJAR" and ornately designed silver Jewellery. Here on a Friday a unique goat and cattle auction is held. The atmosphere is electric. After this proceed to JABRIN FORT, en-route, stopping at BAHLA for a photograph of the BAHLA FORT, now a World Heritage Site. Arrive at JABRIN to visit the castle, the finest of Oman's castle built in the late 17th Century, which became a seat of Omani learning. This castle has extremely well planned layouts with room for the “Wali” - the ladies room, the kitchen, the “MAJLIS” etc. Most of the ceilings are decorated with beautiful paintings with Islamic motifs. The view from the top of the castle is really mesmerizing. After this visit proceed for lunch to one of the local restaurant or at Jabrin Hotel ( on direct payment). After lunch proceed to the village of "Al Hamra" for a visit of "The Bait Al Safah", the cradle of Heritage and history. It is one of the best places to shed light on the life of our ancestors as they lived. We also see old houses, Museum and the Falaj system at Bait Al Safah. At Bait Al Safah you will live an out of imagination experience that you will cherish. Later drive back to Muscat. Overnight at the hotel.


After breakfast at a pre-fix time you will be met by your tour guide and proceed for a Muscat- City Tour. Muscat offers the visitor a unique opportunity to witness a modern commercial centre existing in harmony with its traditional culture. With its natural harbor, Muscat means “Anchorage” & lies in a natural volcanic bowl. Our tour of the Grand Mosque (open 0800 to 1100 Hrs only – Thursday & Friday closed - (Ladies fully covered with a head scarf and men in full length trousers) & Bait Al Zubair Museum (Friday closed) is a brief introduction that traces Oman’s history and development. Drive along the waterfront Corniche visiting the Fish Market & the colourful Muttrah Souq. We proceed for a photo stop to the magnificent Al Alam Palace; official Palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos flanked by the 16th century Portuguese Forts Mirani & Jalali. After this visit you will proceed to the muttrah souq one of the oldest souq in Oman with charm and choice , here you will see the actual life people from all walks of life visit the souq to buy stuff for their needs. You could smell the auroma of the spices on sale and look into the omani handicraft and silver jewelry on sale. After this visit you will proceed straight to a local restaurant for lunch ( on direct payment) . After lunch continue to Muscat International Airport to connect flight for onward destination or proceed to a beach hotel for a beach extension
